Whether you heirs or not, you, through your will, bequeathing all or part of your property to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.
The Diocesan Association of Tarbes and Lourdes owns the entire property of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and as an association worship but also public utility is entitled to receive bequests, in accordance with the laws of 1st July 1901 and December 9, 1905.
 The legacy
Recorded in a will, there is at any time revocable.
When you léguez testament by a sum to an association, you remain master of your credit until you die. The legacy is not final but you can engage your actions and your beliefs over time without affecting your current standard of living. It offers peace of mind of knowing that your goods are always available when needed.
The legacies and donations for the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes are exempt from inheritance tax. Thus, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes receive your entire legs.

There are three types of this:
- The legacy universal: when there is no descendant, it can bequeath all of its assets.
- The legacy as universal: it allows bequeath
the amount available after the hand to his heirs.
- The legacy particular: it allows you to leave a particular asset or identifiable figure

The donation
It is disposing of his life, free of charge and without any compensation, property (house, table, action…) or a sum of money (tax deductible).
It should preferably be registered by a notary.
