Andrew and Marie Tallon, pilgrims of Lourdes: a couple touched by grace

Andrew and Marie Tallon are the parents of four children. He is American and she is French.  They live in the State of New York, in the United States. Arriving to Lourdes from America on a family pilgrimage in June 2017, this couple share their moving testimony; not only is this a testimony of his love, but it also reveals with certainty the recovery process of Andrew’s healing. Diagnosed in 2015 with an incurable brain cancer (a glioblastoma multiform) he has already undergone three surgeries. "Healing is more a way of life than an act at a given moment” summarises Marie from a clip in this video from the Diary of Grace in drawing to our attention this special day.

Andrew Tallon is a Professor of Art History of the Middle Ages at the Faculty of Vassar College in New York State (USA). He is a specialist of architectural representation and laser analysis of historical buildings. His research notably focuses on the building structures of the  Gothic style (Notre-Dame in Paris, the cathedral at Bourges ...). More
