The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is a major pilgrimage site which welcomes many young, sick, disabled and vulnerable people. JOIN THE \u201cPILGRIMS ON WATCH\u201d NETWORK<\/h2>

Every week, \u201cPilgrims on Watch<\/strong>\u201d actively contribute to the security of the Sanctuary of Lourdes<\/strong>. Working on a voluntary basis, they keep an eye on what\u2019s going on around them and report any suspicious behaviour to the Central Security Office, while going about their pilgrimage as normal.<\/p>

To participate in this network<\/strong>, the directors of each pilgrimage should register named volunteers<\/strong> on OPAL. These volunteers will undergo brief awareness raising training and then join in this surveillance project. Participation is a Christian commitment to this iconic place of worship and an enriching experience founded on a spirit of solidarity and responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
