Brouwet en aan de Rector, E.H. Andr\u00e9 Cabes, dat Dr. Th\u00e9odore Mangiapan deze namiddag is overleden, na slechts enkele dagen ziekte.<\/p><p>Dr. Mangiapan was de elfde president van het Bureau van de Medische Vaststellingen van Lourdes, van 1972 tot 1990.
