Excerpt from the statutes:

Purpose: to carry out activities of general interest that may be initiated or implemented on the site of the Sanctuary of Lourdes: to this end, it receives and manages, by capitalising on them, the assets and rights of any kind that are contributed to it free of charge and irrevocably, with a view to redistributing the income to any organisation, work or activity of general interest; in this regard, the purpose of the endowment fund is to support and develop, on the site of the Sanctuary of Lourdes, any project of general interest that is social, cultural or educational in nature or that contributes to the preservation of architectural or environmental heritage, to the exclusion of any strictly religious activity; In this sense, the endowment fund will participate in the financing of real estate or structures and projects of general interest that are social, cultural, educational or contribute to the preservation of architectural or environmental heritage.

Actions and projects:

The Lourdes United endowment fund supports all projects and actions of the Sanctuary of Lourdes that are of general interest and not related to worship.

These projects and actions relate to the construction, renovation, development or maintenance of real estate, the purchase or maintenance of moveable assets, and the organisation of operations in the social, environmental, cultural, educational, or youth fields, or for people who are sick or have a disability.
