The Sanctuary of Lourdes has several accommodation facilities, particularly dedicated to sick and disabled people, young people and those who offer their services to pilgrims.

The Accueil Notre-Dame

A unique accommodation facility specially designed for sick pilgrims accompanied by carers who come to Lourdes as part of organised pilgrimages or groups.

The Hospitalet

A house for carers, benefiting from its proximity to the Accueil Notre-Dame, ensuring that hospitaliers are always available to assist sick pilgrims.

Abbé Pomian House

Accommodation for priests from around the world who serve at the Sanctuary for a specific period of time, for example to hear confessions in the Chapel of Reconciliation.

Louise and François Soubirous House

Housing for seminarians serving at the Sanctuary throughout the year, particularly during the summer.

The Foyer Ave Maria

A community centre specifically for carers and hospitaliers who come as part of an organised pilgrimage.

Martha and Mary House

House for the hundreds of volunteers at the Sanctuary who take turns throughout the year to welcome, guide and serve in Lourdes. They are hosted by the international volunteer service.

The Youth Village

Specific accommodation specifically designed to welcome groups of young people on pilgrimage and scout groups serving at the Sanctuary.

The Cité Saint-Pierre in Lourdes (Catholic Relief Services)

For pilgrims who are in challenging circumstances and cannot afford to stay in a hotel, the Cité Saint-Pierre is a place offering accommodation and a space for meeting and sharing.
