Centralisation of the Sanctuary’s services and governance in order to improve coordination between employees, hospitaliers, volunteers and pilgrims.
Main tasks
Opportunity to create a single ‘serving at Lourdes’ site to facilitate the organisation of volunteers.
Integration of the governing bodies (SNDL, HNDL) and the Bureau of Medical Observations and its Museum.
Impact
To encourage volunteering and simplify organisational processes to provide a better service to pilgrims.
