This area is the main entrance to the Sanctuary.It welcomes pilgrims and visitors as soon as they arrive. It is the first thing people see when they enter the Sanctuary.

A multifunctional reception area providing information (timetables, venues, events) and where people can find out what’s on offer.
An uninterrupted view of the iconic sites: the Crowned Virgin, the bell tower of the Immaculate Conception Basilica, etc…
Bookshop and spaces where people can deepen their spiritual experience.
Dedicated rooms for organised pilgrimages, offering customised services.
Impact
A strong, welcoming first impression is created while making it easier to organise individual pilgrims and groups.
